How do I book an international DJ for an event in Switzerland?
Send us the date, the venue and the capacity. We check availability with the agency or management, come back with a fee and the conditions, and handle the contract, the advancing and the artist care around it. The process is the same whether the show is in Zurich, Bern, Lucerne or up in the mountains.
Which parts of Switzerland do you book artists for?
We book artists all over Switzerland and Europe. We work with events like SunIce Festival in St. Moritz and Ascona, Luzern Live Electronic in Lucerne, Reach the Limit and Ausgefuxt Events in Aargau, and Sommerliebe Openair in Bern. Our office is in Cham in canton Zug, half an hour from Zurich, so Zurich, Zug and central Switzerland are on our doorstep, and Ticino and Graubünden are routes we run every year.
What does an artist booking cost?
The fee depends on the act, the date and how the routing works out. A club night in Zurich is priced differently from a festival slot in St. Moritz, and a Saturday in high season differently from a weekday. You get the fee, the buyout, travel, hospitality and the technical requirements as separate lines. Get in touch with date and venue and you get a quote.
How early should we book an act?
For headliners six to twelve months ahead. The earlier the better: routing and availability decide the fee, and both get harder the closer you come to the date. For a summer open air in Bern or Aargau that means planning over the winter.
Do you also handle advancing and artist care?
Yes. Technical rider, hospitality, travel, visas, drivers, timetable and the backstage flow. Pick-up at Zurich Airport, hotel, soundcheck, stage time: from the airport to the stage, so you do not have to worry about anything.
Do you only book the artists on this list?
No. The list shows acts we have already had on our stages. If an artist is not on it, we approach their agency the same way, whether that is for a club in Zurich, a festival in Ticino or a corporate event in Zug.
