We check availability with the agency or management, come back with a fee and the conditions, and take contract, advancing and artist care from there. You talk to us, not to five agencies in parallel. **What does a booking cost?** The fee is one line of several. Around it sit travel, accommodation, ground transport, hospitality and often a buyout. Routing moves the number most. An act already playing in the region that weekend costs less than one flying in for a single show. **How early should we book?** For headliners six to twelve months ahead. Availability and routing decide the fee, and both get harder the closer you come to the date. **Can you build the whole line-up, not just one name?** That is usually the better question. A line-up is a calculation: who opens, who carries the middle, who closes, always measured against your venue, capacity and ticket price. A big name on its own does not fill a room. It works when the acts around it fit the headliner and carry the same crowd through the night. **Do you handle advancing and artist care?** Yes, and that is where most of the work sits. Technical rider, hospitality, travel, visas, drivers, timetable and the backstage flow. From the airport to the stage, so you do not have to worry about anything. **Can you book artists you have not worked with before?** Yes.
