A company summer party, a customer event, an award show or a conference evening runs on the same craft as a festival: a venue, a timeline, technical requirements, catering, people who need looking after and a budget that has to hold. The scale differs, the discipline does not. And if a format needs something we do not cover ourselves, we bring the partner who does. **What does a production cost?** It depends on scale, venue and crew. A club night and a festival with three stages are different worlds. You get a budget with every line in it: production, technical, staffing, permits, artist costs, F&B and a contingency. Get in touch with date, venue and rough capacity and you get a quote. **How early do you need to be involved?** The earlier the better. A production is decided in the concept and the budget, long before anything gets built, and a permit for a larger open air takes about six months. We also join projects that are already running. Then the first job is to find out what has been promised to whom. **Do you handle ticketing and marketing too?** Yes. Ticketing and event ads run through agency, the line-up through live, the production through events. One contact, one briefing, one accountability. That is nø sleep. **Do you work outside Switzerland?** Yes, as long as venue and ticketing setup are accessible. Crew and equipment we either bring or source locally, depending on distance and what is already available on site. **Who is actually on site from your team?** The same trusted crew every time: production, stage management, artist care and drivers. Not a different set of freelancers per event. That is what makes the second show easier than the first. **What do you need from us?** The basics of the event, the budget frame, and one person who can decide.
